Assistance & Service
From the moment you book we assist and guide you through the tour operating process. Our diary systems help us to prompt you for passenger sales figures, rooming lists and to remind you of cancellation and payment deadlines. However, we still aim to be flexible, allowing you as much time as possible to fill every seat on your coach.
ICT has a separate trust account where money paid to us in respect of any tour is kept until clients return from their holiday. In the unlikely event that the company ceases to trade before the conclusion of your tour, any monies paid are protected by the trustees.
Driver / Tour Leader Information Packs
With each tour confirmed and booked we provide comprehensive travel packs for your driver / tour leader, containing maps, travel guides and details of attractions and special events which may apply to the particular areas you are visiting. This information can also be requested at any time before departure.
A Duty Manager from ICT is available 24 hours a day. If you need to contact us outside of office hours whilst on tour an emergency telephone number is provided with your final pack / tickets.
