Hanseatic Cities, Lakes & Heaths of Germany

Northern Germany still remains little discovered by the Uk market, yet has so much to offer the visitor looking for something abit different. On this tour of contrasts we explore the barren heather-clad Lünebürger Heath of Lower Saxony, the lake district of Mecklenburg and the Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Lübeck. This area is a holiday paradise, with beautiful castles, historic towns and a wonderful laid back atmosphere. The great ports of Hamburg and Lübeck offer a treasure trove of heritage and some of Europe’s most rewarding places to visit. Finally a trip to Berlin can easily be incorporated into the tour.
